No. To support respectful handling, Al Noor Collections will not place Qur’anic verses, the Names of Allah, the shahada, or other sacred text on prayer mats or disposable packaging.
The proposed policy includes a 12-hour correction window before production begins. Once production starts, changes cannot be guaranteed, so the customizer asks you to confirm every detail first.
The proposed policy makes personalized and made-to-specification items final sale except when they arrive damaged, defective, or different from the approved order details. Eligible standard items would have a 30-day return window.
